The site is a non-profit site, although advertising pays hosting costs, it doesn’t do more than that. It takes many hours/year to write, maintain and this site. This site about Newquay (and about Cornwall a little) is not advertised, we have no advertising budget – it survives through its popularity. It was started, initially, for me to be able to give information to my visiting friends in a useful way and I kept adding in the questions they asked and the answers I gave. THANKS readers!
