The Newquay Events Diary below is an eclectic mix of events in Newquay that might appeal to you whether you’re a resident or a holidaymaker, or visiting your second home. 
As with all things, it’s biased – biased towards events I know are occurring, events I see posted round town – and events that are well-known. But then I need to remember to add them once I’ve found them. If I see a poster strapped to a lamp-post there’s a chance I will remember, but I don’t always 🙂
If I think an event is exceedingly dull, or I just take a personal dislike to it, it won’t be included 🙂
We’re not biased here, but sometimes things have to be dropped. The aim is to have a bit of a mix though, across all dates… but this isn’t always possible.
Newquay Beer Festival 2017 at Hendra, Newquay
Newquay Beer Festival 2017 will be held at Hendra Holiday Park. This popular, annual, beer festival is arranged by Newquay Lions (Newquay Towan Blystra Lions) as a fundraising event for good causes.
Entry is by ticket only, you can buy beer festival tickets online using your credit, debit card or PayPal Account. Tickets are limited.
Mitchell Car Boot Sales, Saturdays, 2017,
Mitchell Car Boot Sales are held at Trethvas Farm on Saturdays from 12 noon. 
These car boot sales are organised by Cornwall Car Boots and not by Trethvas Farm, who only rent the field for the car boot sales.
Summercourt Fair 2017, Summercourt
Summercourt Fair 2017 dates are: Thursday 21 September to Monday 25 September.
All the fun of the fair at Summercourt Fair, every day from 2pm (weather depending) – then on Monday the main street is closed off and there’s the Summercourt Street Fair with market stalls and more all along the main street.
Opening Times: Summercourt Fair opens at 6pm on Thursday.
- Fairground Rides: 6pm daily Thursday to Monday & 2pm Saturday to Monday
- Street Fair Day: Monday 25 September.
