Fifteen’s Farmers’ Market, Watergate Bay, October 2011

Fifteen Cornwall’s farmers’ market returns to Watergate Bay on Saturday 1 October 2011.

There’s all the usual local produce, including fresh vegetables, Cornish fish, fresh local meat and artisan cheeses and a great line up of local businesses and suppliers providing delicious fresh food and produce all day long.

Local Cornish businesses and producers expected at the Fifteen farmers’ market include:
Deli Farm<, Jamie at Home, Matthew Stevens, St Mawgan Stores, Origin Coffee, Seafood Restaurant, Padstow, Primrose Herd and the De Bara Bakery.

Enjoy demonstrations from Fifteen’s own Head Chef, Andy Appleton, as he shows you what can be created from all this fresh produce.  Plus, there’s a host of other food demonstrations from Ben of Da Bara Bakery, Pal Wadham from Tresanton Hotel, Gordon Lawrence (Fifteen’s sommelier) and Paul Ainsworth.

There’s also a Fifteen Apprentice Challenge contest to watch at 12 noon.

Location: Extreme Academy car park in front of the restaurant at Watergate Bay

Time: 9am – 3.30pm
