The Retallack Resort & Spa, near Wadebridge Cornwall, has emerged from administration after property developer Galliard Homes agreed to purchase their assets.
Previous owners were forced in March 2011 to put the company into administration due to cash flow issues.
The resort’s assets are now to be bought by Galliard Homes, based near Newquay. A £30 million investment will be made, with the original managers continuing to run the business on a day to day basis.
