Fun Dog Show at Newquay

On Sunday 1 May, the early May Bank Holiday weekend, the St Francis Dog Show is running in the Steam Bar at the Great Western Hotel, opposite Newquay station.
The show starts at 12 noon, running until 3pm.
This is a fun day out, filled of exciting events and games for you and your four legged friend.
Ten events will be running, a chance for you to show off your dog including “Prettiest Bitch” “Most Handsome Dog” “Waggiest Tail” “Best Trick” and many more.
Free entry to the show, £1 donation to enter each event.
All proceeds raised will go to the St Francis Dog Home Charity, based just outside of Newquay they do a lot of rescue dog work and take in strays the RSPCA collect.
Nearest parking to Great Western Hotel is alongside Newquay station, or there’s another car park overlooking Tolcarne Beach, which charges £1/hour, or £5/24 hours.

St Francis Dogs Home is a not-for-profit organisation that seeks to provide temporary shelter and care for abandoned, homeless and unwanted dogs. We work to provide the best possible care and rehabilitation before finding them suitable and loving homes for life. We have a non-euthanasia policy except for dangerous or terminally ill dogs. We also seek to instill responsible dog ownership among the community through the example of good animal welfare practice and education.
