The Treloy Sprint 2015 will be held on Easter Sunday, 5 April 2015, with two sprints. The second round of two sprints will be held on 10 May 2015. The venue is Newquay Airport, situated land side within the Newquay Cornwall Airport perimeter.
The meetings will be held under the General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association Limited (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the FIA).
The sprint track consists of very smooth road surfaces constructed from asphalt and concrete. The new track is an end to end sprint connecting with the main pits and officials area. The track, which is 0.7 miles long, offering something for everyone starting with a 90° bend leading into a hairpin and then a short blast into a curve complex. Then on to the first straight, another curve into a series of sweeping and tight bends finally heading on to the fast finish straight.
Gates open: 07.30; Documentation/Noise/Scrutineering 08.00; Track open for walking 08.00 to 09.00; Drivers briefing 09.00; Practice runs 9.30.
Main Gate closed at 9.15 (and will remain closed until the conclusion of the meeting).
The maximum entry for the Meeting including 10 reserves is 90. The minimum is 50. Should the minimum figures not be reached the Organisers have the right to cancel the Meeting.
