Open Water Swim Training : Cornwall Triathlon Series 2013 are offering an opportunity to develop confidence and ability in swimming in open water. You will look at ways to improve your speed and accuracy.
Bring: A wetsuit, two hats, warm jacket, water to drink and sun screen.
