City of Lights Parade, Truro

This year’s City of Lights will be held on the same night as the switching on of the Xmas Lights – Wednesday 17 November 2010 – when over 20,000 spectators are expected to fill the streets to admire the fabulously large lanterns made from layers of tissue paper and willow.
