The Mermaid Inn, Porth, Newquay, is right alongside the beach at Porth, with steps to and from the beach making it easy as you don't have to choose between "beach or pub". A welcoming "locals pub" feel.

There is no on-site parking at the Newquay branch, but free on-site parking at Redruth. Bodmin has a pay & display car park across the road, or limited-time parking at the supermarket next door. Helston is right in the town centre, with public car parks close by.
