City of Lights Parade, Truro
This year’s City of Lights will be held on the same night as the switching on of the Xmas Lights – Wednesday 17 November 2010 – when over 20,000 spectators are expected to fill the streets to admire the fabulously large lanterns made from layers of tissue paper and willow. With 24 schools taking part, there’ll be plenty to watch as the procession of lanterns makes its way through Truro. Continue reading
