Lufthansa will be offering flights to Newquay Airport to Dusseldorf again in 2011. Flights between Newquay Airport and Dusseldorf have been running since 2007, so it’s proving to be a popular route.
In 2011 Lufthansa will be using a larger/better aircraft, a CRJ900, which is a 90-seater jet, giving a smoother and faster trip.
Germans are huge fans of Rosamunde Pilcher, a writer of novels based on Cornwall and its landscape. These are often serialised on German TV, so Cornwall is a place that many Germans want to visit.
Flights will be available on Saturdays only, from 28 May 2011 to 10 September 2011.
