This year, St Piran’s Day celebrations in Newquay start with an evening service in St Columb Minor Church on the eve of St Piran’s Day.
On St Piran’s Day, Thursday 5 March, there’s a parade through town and later on some evening activities and sing songs at Newquay Rowing Club. 
St Piran is the patron saint of Cornwall and St Piran’s Day is 5 March.
