The Levellers are arriving in Cornwall, to play the opening gig at Lusty Glaze Beach in Newquay on 18 July 2013.
Doors: 6:30pm til 11:00pm (last entry 9:00pm)
Lusty Glaze Beach is a small cove at the edge of town, forming a natural amphitheatre.
This gig is expected to sell out very quickly, so it’s best to grab tickets then worry if you’re coming! Tickets are just £22.
Lusty will rock to the beat of the Levellers drums. They will be levelling the sand with songs such as One Way and The Road.
Surrounded and sheltered by 150ft cliffs, with golden sand and Atlantic surf, Lusty Glaze Beach is one of the most stunningly memorable venues in the UK, if not the world. There will also be surprise support acts that will be sure to get you in the mood.
Gates open at 6.30pm, with up and coming star Gaz Brookfield kicking off proceedings just before 7pm, followed by Local Celtic Folk/Rock band Emerald and the Levellers gracing the stage at 9pm. There will be two bars & plenty of catering concessions to keep you fuelled for the duration!
The Levellers gig is the first of the July Sundowner Series at Lusty Glaze Beach this summer. Probably the best gig venue you can have on a sultry summer’s evening!
Lusty Glaze Beach Parking
There is parking at Lusty Glaze beach at the top of the steps, where you’ll find a clifftop car park.
