The Newquay Events Diary below is an eclectic mix of events in Newquay that might appeal to you whether you’re a resident or a holidaymaker, or visiting your second home. 
As with all things, it’s biased – biased towards events I know are occurring, events I see posted round town – and events that are well-known. But then I need to remember to add them once I’ve found them. If I see a poster strapped to a lamp-post there’s a chance I will remember, but I don’t always 🙂
If I think an event is exceedingly dull, or I just take a personal dislike to it, it won’t be included 🙂
We’re not biased here, but sometimes things have to be dropped. The aim is to have a bit of a mix though, across all dates… but this isn’t always possible.
Allo Allo - Theatre Performance at Lane Theatre, Newquay (£), Newquay
Newquay Dramatic Society are putting on a performance of Allo Allo, by David Croft and Jeremy Lloyd; the Director is Lynne Young.
Running for just one week, from Monday to Saturday, the curtain goes up at 8pm prompt, so make sure you’ve plenty of time to arrive and get settled.
Kernowkopia Spiritual Weekend, Porth, Newquay
Kernowkopia is a varied Spiritual, Mind and Body event spanning four days.
There are over 60 stalls, crafts, healers, readers, books and workshops (workshops are on Monday 29 November only), as well as concerts, free music, dance, drumming and healing demonstrations. There’ll be over 80 talks too.

Royal British Legion Christmas Fair (Ladies Division), Newquay, United Kingdom
The Ladies Section annual Christmas Fayre – all the usual stalls plus tombola and raffles.
Santa's Grotto at Trenance Cottages, Newquay, Newquay
Santa’s Grotto at Trenance Gardens
Santa enjoyed himself so much last year that he’s going to be in his Grotto at Trenance Gardens again this year.
There’s a small charge for each child to receive a gift from Santa.
Cubert School Christmas Fair (£), Cubert, Newquay
Cubert School’s annual Christmas Fair opens at 1pm. £1 entry gets you a mince pie and a hot drink.
Also there’s a Santa’s Grotto, great stocking filler gifts, hand-made crafts stalls, a book stall, raffle and tombola. For adults, there’s a chance to sip on some mulled wine.
