There are some subtle differences between the different types of holiday home you could buy in Newquay and you need to acquaint yourself with the differences.

If you want to buy a holiday home in Newquay that’s on a park, with facilities, possibly a swimming pool and clubhouse, then there are plenty of these around, although not actually in the town itself, they are to be found with a few miles.
Typically, holiday homes in Newquay will have a set time of the year when the park is closed down and you can’t use your holiday home, but for those that close from late October to Easter they will often additionally open for 1-2 weeks at Xmas, so you can still enjoy your holiday home over Xmas.
Most of the sites will allow you to rent out your holiday home when you’re not using it, often offering a full management and booking service to you, at a fee. Whether you intend to only use your holiday home for yourself and your family, or to rent it out to help cover the site fees, you should still investigate the fees and do the maths for yourself to check the figures stack up.
