The Steam Bar, at Great Western Hotel, are holding several events in support of Newquay Carnival Week 2013. These include:
Monday 8 July: 6pm Barrel Roll and Waitress Race
Tuesday 9 July: 2-5pm Pirate Treasure Hunt
Wednesday 10 July: 6.30pm Guinness Book of Records Pasty Eating Competition.
Thursday 11 July: 7pm-10pm Line Dancing and Live Music
Friday 12 July: 5-9pm Hog Roast with Live Band

This year the Carnival is a whole week of fun, at many venues across the town and much bigger than in previous years. The Finale is a Carnival Procession starting at 6pm on Saturday 13 July from the Bristol Hotel.
