Rounds 3 and 4 of the annual Thundercat Racing events can be seen on Fistral Beach, Newquay over 2 days from 14-15 May 2016. 20 boats will be competing in this RYA National Championships across 12 heats, finishing with a 9-lap showdown. 4 metre long boats can reach heights of 20′ when they hit large waves!
Friday: Team training day.
Saturday: Racing.
Sunday: Racing.
This is a fast-paced thundercat boat race event, which is free to watch from the beach, or the clifftops.
