A body was found at Treyarnon, near Newquay, Cornwall, early in the morning of Saturday 4 February by a member of the public. 
UPDATE:
The body was identified as Newquay resident Patrick Foster, aged 46. The police are investigating the death, but say they are not treating it as a suspicious death.
