National Trust members get free entry to all the National Trust properties across the country – and free parking at lots of beaches in Cornwall – indeed, for some people it can be worth joining the National Trust just for the free parking!
Also, throughout the year, the National Trust puts on a lot of free events – where usual entry prices apply, so they are completely free to members as members get free entry to National Trust properties.
The National Trust Membership prices for 2016 are as follows:
- Individual Adult (26+) = £63
- Young Person (13-25) = £31.50
- Child (0-12, under 5s are free) = £31.50
- Family Group = £111
- Family One Adult = £69
- Joint Individual = £105
A family group is “Two adults (aged 18+) and up to five children (17 or under), all living at the same address. Under 5s go free.”
A family with one adult is “One adult (aged 18+) and up to five children (17 or under), all living at the same address. Under 5s go free.”
The nearest National Trust property to Newquay is Trerice, just 2 miles down the road, National Trust members would get free unlimited entry to Trerice and can enjoy the many extra free activities they put on there throughout the year. National Trust car parks in the Newquay area include Holywell Bay and Carnewas at Bedruthan Steps.
The National Trust prices change on 1 March each year, so these are the membership prices for 1 March 2016 to 28 February 2017.
