Newquay Soup Kitchen

A new soup kitchen and café is opening in Newquay to help the town’s homeless population. The Newquay soup kitchen is to be called The Drop In and Share Centre (DISC) and is based on St Michael’s Road.Newquay Soup Kitchen and Food Banks

DISC will run as a cafe on Friday mornings from 10am-12pm, offering hot and cold drinks for 50p and homemade cakes for 30p. The soup kitchen then runs afterwards from 12.30pm-2pm.

DISC is an extension to the existing Newquay soup kitchen, run at the United Reformed Church. DISC are currently looking for funding to extend its community work, maximizing ways to help local vulnerable Newquay residents.

They will also be operating a clothes bank, so if you have any donations, drop them off during the cafe opening hours.
