There are a number of organisations that arrange beach cleans in the area of Newquay. 
There is a monthly beach clean at Fistral, arranged by a group of local organisations including the County Council, through to the twice-yearly Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) who organise two beach cleans each year, in Spring and Autumn, across the UK. The National Trust also organise the occasional beach clean as do the Newquay Marine Group.
