One great bargain shopping outlet for watersports fans in Cornwall is the Ann's Cottage surf wear outlet just outside Newquay. They have their clearance warehouse just 2-3 miles inland at St Columb Major, on the main A3059 road.
There's free on-site parking and they're open 9am to 8pm seven days a week, with slightly reduced opening hours during winter months.
Ann's Cottage stock all the surf brands you'd expect, including Animal, ACS, Barts, Billabong, Breo, CCR, Creatures of Leisure, Crocs, FCS, Gul, Oakley, O'Neill, Quiksilver, Reef, Rip Curl, Weird Fish .... if it's a surf brand they've probably got it all. The list is too long to write :)

Kingsley Village was a shopping village in the centre of Cornwall, right alongside the A30 and with easy access and free parking. Inside there were gift shops, cafes, fresh Cornish produce, locally made foods, hot Cornish pasties and 2-3 outlet shopping stores for electronics and sports brands such as Newsport. Animal, O’Neill, The North Face, Berghaus and Trespass. They also had a hi-tech meeting room for presentations, business launches and meetings with Free Wifi.
Alongside is a petrol filling station and a 24 hours McDonalds - while across the road, just 20 yards away, is a Premier hotel.

Newquay animal rescue centre is called The Venton Animal Centre and is based a few miles out of Newquay, close to St Columb Major.
The site is over six acres and was bought in 1994. The animal rescue centre rescues cats, dogs rabbits, small birds and animals.

Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre is at St Mawgan, just outside Newquay, Cornwall at St Columb Major.
If it's raining, there's a massive indoor all-weather Fun Barn containing a multitude of play equipment and activities to keep the most active children fully occupied, including a Slide Zone, Giant Games Zone, Toddler Play Area and Activity Zone.
There's a cafe, more than 30 ponies and pony rides, go-karts, rowing boats on a large boating lake and a giant outdoor astra wave slide as well as trampolines. There's a train ride round the Springfield Fun Park. Walk round the Woodland Trail in the eight acres of woods or feed animals with bottles. Lots of different pony breeds and many other animals, including lambs, goats, chickens, calves and rabbits.
All activities are included in the admission price except pony rides and pony carriage rides for which a modest charge is made.
