A car belonging to Mark Neville, who has been missing since Thursday has been found in a car park at Pentire Headland, Newquay, during an air and sea search. A search was made along the North Cornwall coast on Friday by coastguard teams, a rescue helicopter and two lifeboats.
Police are still looking for Mr Neville, a 45-year-old from Newquay, but the search has now been scaled down.
Mr Neville is described as being 6ft 4in (1.6m), of thin build, with short light brown hair. He was believed to be wearing blue jeans and a green top.
