We are recruiting for a Head Chef for this well established private 4 star hotel.
This busy venue has an excellent coastal location and operates a fine dining restaurant and more casual terrace bistro, which is hugely popular in the summer months. The property also caters for events and weddings, but is better known a a great venue for watching the sun do down!!
The hotel is looking to further develop its reputation by gaining Rosette accolades in the restaurant, which will be a key focus for the new head chef.
Job Description As Head chef you will be responsible for managing your team, up to 15 staff in high season, you will be responsible for all menu development and design, managing budgets and achieving GP’s, service delivery, supplier and stock management etc.
A key focus will be to implement the changes needed to achieve at least 1 if not 2 AA Rosettes.
Required Experience We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who has a consistent employment history. You must have good experience in 4 star or high end hotels, and at rosette level.
