Carworgie Manor, or Atlantic Reach, is a well-established holiday park a few miles inland from Newquay, set in acres of green lawns and trees. There are full facilities on site, including a swimming pool.
On site facilites at Atlantic Reach include: sports and leisure facilities, a choice of affordable bars and restaurants, clubhouse, indoor pool, outdoor pool (from early July to late September), fitness centre, club bar (with free wifi), entertainments lounge, the Azzurro Italian Ristorante and Pizzeria and the new Pirate Pete’s play centre for the kids.
The Indigo Spa provides a relaxing haven, where you can relax and enjoy a variety of treatments. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, relaxation room and courtyard.
There are 2 bedroom holiday homes and holiday villas for sale, which vary in age; these are Manor Villas. The newer, 4 bedroom Golf Lodges, were built more recently, in 2003/2007.
As this is a holiday park, they are holiday restricted – meaning you can’t live in them full-time. There are a number of different leases which have been issued over the years, as each new development has had different restrictions, so that is something you would need to make sure you asked about and double-checked!
