There’s a free beach dance workout available from the Retallack Health Club, based at Retallack Aqua Park just outside Newquay at Winnard’s Perch. 
Get beach ready!
Pumping tunes, funky moves and so much fun you won’t even notice you’re getting fit at the same time! Open to everyone whether you’re local, a health club member or a guest! Places are limited so you must book – 01637 882430.
