Cornwall Wildlife Trust are organising a Nature Photography day at Bedruthan Steps on Sunday 17 May 2015. Bedruthan Steps is about 7 miles from Newquay, on the coast road to Padstow, just beyond Watergate Bay.

You will be photographing birds, flowers and the sea views with David Chapman. Running from 10am to 3pm, the cost is just a £2 donation plus the cost of your parking (NT members park free). Nature Photography Day

In the event of a bad weather forecast phone David the day before to check the event is still going ahead.

Meet up at the National Trust car park at Bedruthan Steps, Carnewas (take B3276 north from Mawgan Porth, after one mile turn left on track to National Trust car park) PL27 7UW. Map grid reference SW 848 691

Bring with you your camera, tripod, telephoto lens, a packed lunch/drinks and a warm coat.

Car parking costs £2.50, but is free to National Trust members displaying their car parking badge. There is a cafe on site serving hot drinks and the usual sandwiches/cakes and light bites. The cafe is open 10.30am to 5pm.
