A foraging workshop will be held in Newquay which takes the form of a fun and educational guided walk around Newquay, discovering which local seasonal organic, edible wild plants can be foraged. Plant based only and 100% vegan.
This is immediately followed by a demonstration showing how best to prepare them, and discussing the crucial nutritional information and healing properties of the wild food available.
Booking essential, 50% payable upon booking, 50% on the day. £30/adult, £15/child. Limited to 15 people.
