There's a Fistral Beach webcam at the premises of Ann's Cottage, at the Fistral Surf Centre.
This is a live cam, giving wind speed, temperature and other weather-related information.
This webcam at Fistral can be slow loading, but you get good views, with the camera changing direction every 15 seconds or so, providing changing views.

The Fistral webcam at the Pentire Hotel, Newquay, looks from South Fistral across to the Headland Hotel.
This is a live webcam, so you do need a fast broadband connection to be able to view it. Personally, I've never achieved it!
Lusty Glaze beach has a lot of beach and activities and music events, as well as a live surf cam to watch!

Newquay Harbour has a webcam sited at the premises of Newquay Rowing Club, it's a live video with high resolution images and looks directly into Newquay Harbour and the lifeboat launching area.

The webcam at Watergate Bay is at the Watergate Hotel complex and looks directly out to sea. If there are any events on the beach they are in the view, so it's a good gauge of what's going on and if it's popular/busy.

It's a good wide screen, although when I last looked it wasn't doing anything, so I'm not sure if the cam's at fault, or my PC.
