The griffin Inn, Newquay cooks up a lovely carvery. The carvery is available every Sunday lunchtime and Sunday evening - and also Thursday evenings.

The Lanherne is tucked away on the corner of Edgcumbe Avenue and Ulalia Road - handy if you're visiting Trenance Leisure Park, Newquay Zoo, Newquay Waterworld or Newquay Boating Lake - or if you've just walked up from Tolcarne Beach. This is a great pub if you want to get away from the hustle of the main town.

The Mermaid Inn, Porth, Newquay, is right alongside the beach at Porth, with steps to and from the beach making it easy as you don't have to choose between "beach or pub". A welcoming "locals pub" feel.

Free on-site parking, although space is limited. Also there's a large public car park diagonally across the road. Regular entertainment and special events nights, including an annual firework display.
