Four Rescued on a Newquay Beach

The RNLI Newquay lifeboat has rescued four people who were cut off by the tide at Towan Beach in Newquay. They lit a fire to try to draw attention to their situation on Wednesday evening and a passer-by spotted them and called 999. Continue reading

Cliff fall last night in Newquay for 26 year old man

A man has been taken to Treliske Hospital with head injuries after falling from cliffs above Towan Beach in Newquay.

Emergency services were called when the unnamed 26-year-old fell 60ft at Towan Beach.
