The Newquay Events Diary below is an eclectic mix of events in Newquay that might appeal to you whether you’re a resident or a holidaymaker, or visiting your second home. 
As with all things, it’s biased – biased towards events I know are occurring, events I see posted round town – and events that are well-known. But then I need to remember to add them once I’ve found them. If I see a poster strapped to a lamp-post there’s a chance I will remember, but I don’t always 🙂
If I think an event is exceedingly dull, or I just take a personal dislike to it, it won’t be included 🙂
We’re not biased here, but sometimes things have to be dropped. The aim is to have a bit of a mix though, across all dates… but this isn’t always possible.
Mid Cornwall Business Group Meeting, Fraddon
Since 2002, the Mid Cornwall Business Group has met on a regular basis. Members are owners or representatives of small- to medium-sized businesses in and around Mid-Cornwalll.
Newquay Surf Life Saving Club 2013 (Nippers), Newquay
Nippers nights are for ages 7-13. The Newquay Surf Life Saving Club hours are seasonal, meeting on Thursdays 6.15pm-7.45pm in the summer and 6pm-7pm in winter.
Thirsty Thursday / Creative Beach, Newquay
Lusty Glaze Beach is the hot spot for creative happenings with Creative Beach’s free evening creative get together.
An opportunity for you to get painting, sketching, making sand art, experimenting with poetry, taking interesting photos, capturing film – whatever inspires you.
