This is a one-day special breadmaking course being run at Bedruthan Hotel, Mawgan Porth on Saturday 7 May 2016. Breadmaking Course Bedruthan May 2016

A whole day of making and baking!

The tutor is Tom Hunter, Executive Chef at The Scarlet and Bedruthan restaurants. Learn to mix, knead, prove and bake some beautiful loaves and buns in the brand new demo kitchen. Bread is baked fresh every day in the Scarlet kitchen, you will be taught some of their secret recipes, skills and techniques.

During the day you’ll have the chance to taste your bakes, and you will be given the recipes to take home with you too.

Breadmaking workshop will run with a minimum of six delegates, but there’s a limit, so book fast or miss it!  Lunch is included.

Level: The course is suitable for anyone – beginners or seasoned bakers
