This is a free beach fitness event, for one day only, at Watergate Bay. RAF St Mawgan have put together a special military-themed charity beach fitness event for bootcamp lovers!. Event open to Over 18s.
Let a team of physical training instructors put you through your paces, while DJ Chris Gerry plays motivational beats.
Start Time: 10am
This is designed to be fun, but hard work, and is suitable for people with a variety of fitness levels. Also attending: The Cornish Pirates.
Cost: This beach fitness event is free, but proceeds raised will go to SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) and Surf Action.
