Newquay Tightrope Walk for Charity at Lusty Glaze

There will be a tightrope walk at Lusty Glaze Beach, fundraising for Parkinson’s UK. 
The tightrope will be suspended above Lusty Glaze Beach and you will walk from one 120ft cliff to the cliff on the opposite side of the beach.
There are two wires: you stand on the bottom wire and grab the wires in front of you with your hands. All participants will be strapped into a safety harness under the beady eye of qualified instructors.
In order to participate you will need to raise money for the charity, but they provide you with a full fundraising pack to help you do this. The rules are simple:
- You can tightrope between 10am and 4pm on the day.
- You must be at least 8 years old.
- You will need to wear trainers and tie back long hair.
- There are 133 steep steps from the car park down to the beach
Cost: Registration is £15. There is no minimum sponsorship, but it is suggested that you aim to raise at least £50.
