If you want to rent out your holiday home at Haven, you can do that, commercially, if you wish. It would require some annual compulsory checks for electrical/water/gas and smoke alarm. Haven holidays Newquay site rules keep it family friendly as rentals are unable to accept single sex parties and unaccompanied persons under 21’s are not permitted.

Owning a caravan holiday home should not be viewed as an investment for the purpose of yielding an income, some owners just have spare capacity each year and would like to recoup some of their costs to offset their costs. Make sure you have stayed on a site for your own holiday before you buy a caravan or holiday home there. You can check out the prices/availability here: Haven Holidays Newquay.

You should always visit and stay at a holiday park before you buy a holiday home there, so you get to really see if it’s the perfect holiday home of your dreams and the facilities are just what you wanted.
