The Newquay Events Diary below is an eclectic mix of events in Newquay that might appeal to you whether you’re a resident or a holidaymaker, or visiting your second home.
As with all things, it’s biased – biased towards events I know are occurring, events I see posted round town – and events that are well-known. But then I need to remember to add them once I’ve found them. If I see a poster strapped to a lamp-post there’s a chance I will remember, but I don’t always 🙂
If I think an event is exceedingly dull, or I just take a personal dislike to it, it won’t be included 🙂

Spring Fayre at Fifteen, 2015, Newquay
The Spring Fayre 2015 event at Fifteen, Watergate Bay, features 20 stalls selling everything from local cheeses, charcuterie, fish, bread, beer and even giant meringues! Four local chefs will be demonstrating seasonal dishes – and all hosted by BBC Radio.

St Columb Major Food & Craft Community Market, St Columb Major
Held ten times a year, on the 2nd Saturday of the month except in January and June, the St Columb Major Food and Craft Community Market offers a cafe, local produce and a craft table to keep kids busy and occupied.
Charity Fun Day, Newquay Cornwall College Campus, Newquay
The annual Charity Fun Day at Cornwall College Campus, Newquay includes fun activities for all the family and will also showcase local food producers and crafts.
