The Newquay Events Diary below is an eclectic mix of events in Newquay that might appeal to you whether you’re a resident or a holidaymaker, or visiting your second home. 
As with all things, it’s biased – biased towards events I know are occurring, events I see posted round town – and events that are well-known. But then I need to remember to add them once I’ve found them. If I see a poster strapped to a lamp-post there’s a chance I will remember, but I don’t always 🙂
If I think an event is exceedingly dull, or I just take a personal dislike to it, it won’t be included 🙂
We’re not biased here, but sometimes things have to be dropped. The aim is to have a bit of a mix though, across all dates… but this isn’t always possible.
Newquay Sunday Auctions: General Auction, June 2016,
This is a General Auction. Viewing Saturday 11 June 10am to 4pm. Auction Sunday 12 June at 4pm.
Address: The Hanger, Prow Park, Treloggan Industrial Estate, Newquay, TR7 2SX
Enter Treloggan Industrial Estate, opposite Lidl/Morrisons. Go past Jewsons/Travis Perkins to the very end; turn right at Screwfix into Prow Park. Plenty of free on-site parking.
Newquay Topless Car Rally 2016, Newquay
The Topless Tour Car Rally is a fun road trip from Newquay to Land’s End, raising money for Clic Sargent Cancer Charity in memory of Harriet Cole from Newquay. In 2014 22 vehicles took part.
When: Sunday 12 June 2016
Starting at 10am at Hendra Holiday Park, near Newquay, TR8 4NY owners of convertible vehicles, of all kinds, are invited to take part.
Queen's 90th Birthday Celebrations, Newquay, Newquay
On the afternoon of Sunday 12 June, Newquay Lions Club are hosting an event on Killacourt to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday. Â Â 
Sun, sea, sand and sovereigns! 1920’s theme, or just wear red white and blue!
Time: 2.30pm to 5pm
