The Newquay Events Diary below is an eclectic mix of events in Newquay that might appeal to you whether you’re a resident or a holidaymaker, or visiting your second home. 
As with all things, it’s biased – biased towards events I know are occurring, events I see posted round town – and events that are well-known. But then I need to remember to add them once I’ve found them. If I see a poster strapped to a lamp-post there’s a chance I will remember, but I don’t always 🙂
If I think an event is exceedingly dull, or I just take a personal dislike to it, it won’t be included 🙂
We’re not biased here, but sometimes things have to be dropped. The aim is to have a bit of a mix though, across all dates… but this isn’t always possible.
Paulo's Circus 2016, Newquay
This year Paulo’s Circus are celebrating 200 years of being in business and the Circus is in Newquay from Wednesday 27 July 2016 to Saturday 20 August 2016. Â 
All seats £7/person.  Discounts and vouchers can be found in local newspapers, in some local shops (Morrisons have some) and on their Facebook page.
On-site parking. Performances daily. Â Comfortable seating and heating

National Trust Ranger Day at Holywell August 2016, Holywell
Join the National Trust Rangers for a few hours on patrol, pulling common ragwort, litter picking beaches or cutting back footpath vegetation.
This is an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to experience what a National Trust ranger gets up to and is a great way of getting out in the fresh air. All tools and equipment provided. Just bring some food and drink, wear sturdy boots and dress in clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty and is suitable for the weather.

Mitchell Car Boot Sales are held at Trethvas Farm on Saturdays from 12 noon. 
These car boot sales are organised by Cornwall Car Boots and not by the farm, who only provide the location.
